[NFP] Mods are still visible after deleting all

I deleted and unsigned all mods - but they are still visible ingame as mods and I can not disable them...
And all my saved options are missing when I restart the game....

I have a similar problem with the worldbuilder maps. Everytime I overwrite a saved map its mod is duplicated. I cant delete it. I've tried deleting de maps saves in game, in the files folders. Not even deleting the Mods.sqlite file makes all of the map mods go away.
