I dont know the first thing about making mods.
I have have VERY little previous programming experience as well. What would be a good place for me to learn about how to utilize these mod tools to make my own civilization?
Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Add any books/websites/advise you feel may help. I would like to add a diplomatic animation as well if possible.
I can't stress how bad I want to try this. Please someone point me in the right direction.
