MODS in PitBoss?

It seems PitBoss will load a mod if I specify the mod in civilization.ini (ie. Mod = Mods\FexFx). I loaded FexFX's Longer MOD and was able to specify FX-Marathon game speed in PitBoss afterwards.

The game didn't appear on the multiplayer LAN list in Vanilla Civ, but when I loaded the same MOD into Civ the game appeared on the list as usual, I was able to connect etc.

Now the big question: Anyone know if there are any issues with using MODS with PitBoss? I don't want to start a whole game only to find out it wont play properly.
