Mods not working?

Whenever I download a new mod, it gives me a warning where the install bar is and says "Mouseover for more details". Problem is, when I mouse over, there aren't any details! Anyone else have this problem?

It happens with every single mod.

Can you just skip the warning?, say accept or something of the like? Is that a crash?

It doesn't let me accept anything. It just gives me an error and refuses to download. I can't download any new mods at all.

Well what does the error says?

It says "Error (Mouseover for Details)" in the installation bar. That's it. Nothing else. Nothing pops up when I mouseover or click on it.

That's pretty weird, can you provide a pic?

Tell me, do the game download the mod but refuses to install it? If that's so maybe you can find the downloaded mod in the mods folder, you just have to unpack it there.
