Ok i bought a GeForce 8600 __ today and it was worknig fine (also a new power supply to make it work) and i went to shut it off. i have a non-LCD/HD monitor so i had to use the connector thingys. So any ways i go back to play on it again and the computer makes noise and the log in music, but no display. the monitor LED or w.e is amber. So i press the monitor button and the LED goes off, i press it again and it turns green, but it says somthing going to sleep. I tried Re-booting and everything. So i decide togo inside my system. After a while of searching i see an uncliped ram, soi clip it back in. No big deal. After looking on other sites for help i hear about unhooking the video cable. When i press the button it says Check Video Cable. I put it back in and repress the button and the same _____ or w.e going to sleep. So now i put the video cable in the old video card slot, and im running fine with my old video card. i really want my good video card back as 2morrow is christmas:) andim hoping 2 get Cod4 and WiC, which i cant run with a GeForce 6100!. All helpis appreciated and if u need more details, just post.

thanks!:goodjob:

You might have to disable your old card before you start running the new one. Your computer might be confused as to which PCI-e slot is the primary display adapter.

hmm well i took it back to the store and its working again, but now when i play Company of Heroes, and only CoH, a blue screen comes up and the computer restarts
