More citynames

I think the amount of names per civ are too small. I know that they can be edited, but still......

Try something else, use State names or something -

USA: Hawaii, Washington, Pennsylvania etc.
Germany: Prussia, Saxony, Bavaria etc.

Or countries?

Europe: France, England etc. (asuming you've taken out the Cheese-eaters ).
Russia: Russia, Crimea, Ukraine etc.

Do you have an encyclopedia? When do the names run out?
