He told you to browse the CNN website with IE,or just copy the URL of the videopage and paste it on IE

Fx does not support ActiveX (correct me if wrong) and no WMP could be used in webpages

I don't think Win media player 9 works on win 2k or earlier, after 8 it's xp only, or do you have it set to look like old windows?
