What I mean by this is that we need to be able to host games where we specify that everyone choose Random Civs but also be able to exclude OP Civs, i.e., Sumer, Scythia, Nubia, etc....
There is nothing worse in a Random game than having someone get Gilga.... game usually lasts fewer than 30 turns before everyone quits.
