Citizen Tim Bentley has come forward and asked for a slight revision of our continental Kyoru Doctrine. This entails recapturing the culturally flipped Iroqi city of Niagara Falls in order to reestablish our external tidy borders.
This is in case of an Iroqouis declaration of war only, and them starting the hostilities.
 
Habitual, but I opened for an other proposal elaborated on the two of those.
