Since I installed 1.52 I have this problem with the program displaying multiple images for single non-stacked units. IE.. Starting a new game with 3 warrior(s) and a 4 settler(s). Also, all the workers are double (imaged). Before, I've always gotten single images for single units. Is this the way it's supposed to be?

System Specs:
HP Pavillion Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz
1 GB (2 x 512 MB) DDR 2700
FX5200 128MB w/NV 81.85
Win XP SP2
Virt.Mem @ 3072MB (Fixed)

Game Settings:
Game Res: 1024 x 768 32bbp
Game AA: none
All Details: High

NV set for 2xQ AA.

Accepting any response..

The multi unit graphics are a fairly pointless feature that has been in Civ 4 since v. 1.0. Each unit would be displayed as between 2 to 4, usually identical images on the same tile. Since this is not only pointless but can be confusing I always turned them off. they were also turned off if you switch to low graphics settings. It sounds as if you'd turned them off without realising it right at the start, but the patch has reset all your graphics settings so the multi-image units are back. If you select "single unit graphics" in options it will switch to the single image per unit system.
