Hi folks. My wife and I are trying to get a multiplayer game going between us on the LAN, but strange things are afoot. Here's what's going on:
- if she starts a game, I can see it on my computer and select it. But then a window pops up saying we're running different patches (not true). No matter what I do from this point (reinstalling the patch, exiting and re-entering) I can't get past this.
- if I start a game, she can't see it. Period.
We're both running with the newest versions of both the Firaxis patch and Bhruic's patch. I reinstalled both patches on both machines to see if that would help, but no luck. Is this a recognized bug? Any suggestions?
