Multiplayer game (hot seat mode) question...

I want to play with my friend a multiplayer game (hot seat mode) but i want to start my game in a fixed position, i also want that all the other players start in pre-determined start positions....how can i do? can i do smth with the editor? if yes, what? if i should put a script...how can i do? i don't know how to put scripts.I have a map with all the positions fixed,but i don't know how to use it in mp...
