Multiplayer loading

This sounds pretty stupid but i lost my conquest player manual.

Me and my friend played a civ multiplayer game for the 1st time and after 8 hours of playing i saved it. The next day when trying to load it i was able to play but no my friend.

How do i load a game a multiplayer game? Thnx

To load a multiplayer games it has to be done in the multiplayer Setup. Under Game Settings click on the Game Mode option and select Load Game.
