Sturmgewehr
Warlord
Probably suggested already, so shoot me!
I liked the ability in Civ 2: Test of Time to be able to switch between different maps in the same game. My suggestion is that this should be implemented in civ 4 as it would be a great tool for scenario makers. You could start a game on earth, and have an undersea world that only things like submarines, etc could travel to. Other possibilities would be an orbital world where things like sattelites or spacestations could travel, as has been suggested elsewhere on the boards. Perhaps a little more far fetched would be a lunar world, where you could set up bases and mine the moon, since that is the only real value it has.
Like I said, this would be a great tool for scenario makers. It doesn't have to be a part of the normal game if you don't want it to, why not make it optional? It would be great for a scenario to be able to launch a ship from earth to mars, and actually explore the planet.
thoughts?
