Multiple mods (K-mod + BAT 4.1)

Hello, I've tried searching for my answer but my google-fu has failed me.

Is it possible to run K-mod and BAT/BUG together?

As far as I figured it out:
BULL = is contained in BUG
BUG = HUD changes (shows behind-the-screen stuff)
BAT = BUG + texture changes (Blue Marble?)

I love the "behind-the-scenes" HUD options that BAT/BUG gives me, but I would also love to play with a bit advanced AI. BUG can (I think) be installed in CustomAssets so it can be started as integral part of CivIV and then I can load K-mod as a separate mod. But BAT doesn't have option of installing in CustomAssets, which leads to my confusion and question.

Also, does BAT provide some better AI components so I don't actually need K-mod?
 
What really got me into replacing Better BAT AI with K-mod were his Culture changes.

And I'd love to try out your merged stuff!

It's about city culture output affecting plot culture out of cities, and strong culture cities deep in your territory also helping culture push further away from them i.e. on your borders.
Can't find the exact stuff in changelog, but I love playing for Cultural victory with a lot of diplomatic/religious fooling around so that's what got me hooked
