My custom civ does not work

Hi Peeps,

I've just created my first ever custom civ for civ 6, and it comes up fine when I add and enable the mod to the game.

However, when I try to start a game with it, the screen goes from "Loading" -> "Start Game" -> back to main menu.

How do I fix this?

I'm using a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4. My civ 6 was bought from the App Store.

If anyone wants to help, I've attached a zip of my mod files. I would be most grateful if anyone can tell me where I have made mistakes to cause the civ to be unplayable.
