Easy modding too, with a GUI for the basic work, and comprehensive guidelines for programming in XML, XHTML, Python, PHP, and any other programming language that proves useful for the advanced work. (Sorry folks, but sometimes only a CLI will do.)
Accessibility would be the watch word for all employees, and the Civfanatics crowd would be regularly consulted. All mods and scenarios accepted for inclusion in the game or future expansion packs would be paid for according to industry standard rates. Not all mods and scenarios would be accepted however.
