Greetings for the Burbankian Empire!

I am just tinkering with some units in BtS_3.13. Here's my issue, when I attempt to build my first city, the game CTD with a "send error report".

This does not happen in any of the other BtS Mods, nor does it happen when playing BtS.

Obviously, the problem is in my mod but I am unable to figure out the problem. This is a small portion of a larger mod. I wanted to get the new units in place and operational before I attempted to add new technologies, buildings or modify game play.

The changes all involve variant worker units:
  1. Captured Workers-slaves are less effective than regular workers
  2. Freemen-Captured Workers after Democracy
  3. Laborers-an upgraded worker unit
  4. Builders-an upgraded laborer unit
  5. Steam Shovel-an upgraded builder unit
My files are uploaded http://forums.civfanatics.com/uploads/25115/terraform_mod.zip for your inspection, but HAVE NOT been added to the database.

I am probably making a very simple error, but I missed it because Iam very busy being

gganz, is this the stuff you are talking about:
AppName: civ4beyondsword.exe AppVer: 3.0.0.1 ModName: cvgamecoredll.dll
ModVer: 3.1.3.0 Offset: 00115c8b
I also created a dump file, but I have no idea how to access it and or use it.

Burbank thanks you.:king:

I think what has happened is related to the artwork. I did some serious cheating by just re-labeling existing artwork for my units and hoping it would work. not a good thing.

I will have to actually find a way to make the units.

I have resolved his issue. I had two problems:
  1. I was using the same graphic for two separate units;
  2. I was attempting to build a modular mod.
I have fixed my graphic issue and given up on the modular mod at this time. I will make the mod work, then make it modular.

modular, as in I build smaller .xml files and put them into the modules folder, rather than editing the entire original .xml file.
