If you know what you want it to look like that means you already have or at least can find a picture. So you would just need to do a few simple steps to convert it to a resource pcx.

You asked how to make a unit palette. People have provided you alot of information already and links, and on how to search. Why are you impatiently waiting for a whole month? Instead of being impatient, you can spend that time learning how to do something new from the resources available on this site telling you how to create palettes.

As you have been told before, it is very unlikely, that someone will make all or some of the units, as the few remaining builders will do only what they like and most of your wishes are somewhat weird (wrecked vehicles and hand held weapons without user?).

The hand held weapons user is a task force 322 trooper

Would it not be more useful to search for a supstitute for this taskforce trooper (whatever that one is)?

Since it is near or total impossible to differ between different pistol models on soldiers in civ size, as these guns are only about two or three pixels large

Even rifles are more or less identical at this size (also you may barely differ between a bolt action rifle and an automatic rifle).

This means, that the uniform of a soldier would be much more important instead of the type of weapon he carries around.

You should really search the download database for similar looking soldiers. There are a lot of them including futuristic ones.
