You can sell a pre-existing granary or barracks once the relevant wonder is built.
Are you saying that you can repeatedly sell a barracks or granary that that is created due to the relevant wonder being built?

The ability to sell the pre-existing granary or barracks is a feature, not a bug. If you can sell the same granary every round and have it automatically re-appear to be sold the next round, that naturally is a bug. But I haven't been able to reproduce that.
