Names Missing?

I have this marked in red where the problems are. Anybody knows what is going on here, i play as normal then next turn this happens and the game plays is very slow and not cooperating much??

Need advise and HELP PLS!!!!

Happens to me sometims - usually when there were diplomatic negotiations with a AI in between the turns... I usually just save (might take a while - as you noted, everything goes sloooooow - takes patiens - one click at a time, otherwise it will go even slooooooooweeeeeer... ). Close the game (completely) start again and continue from there...

EDIT: OK tried this and after a few turns it does come back, but i need what causes it to happen in the first place, and then try to fix it, ???

EDIT EDIT: OK i just tried it without python files and the same thing happend, so its not anything to do with python. It has to be XML, someplace??? ANYBODY???????

OK i deleted all the civs and this still happens? Could this be a MAF problem????

My mod is 900MB in size and getting bigger??

Do i need to downscale??
