I've been looking and looking but i can not seem to find any trainers or cheats (that work) that will give me a set amount of resources, playing on a map, as Japanese, and there is no iron in my region, i have meet civics that have it but are not willing to lend it to me even for 5000 gold and 15 gold a turn as well as 25 horses, i just need like 2 iron to make some catapults to finish off the Greece so i can focus on the Aztec invading up north, its on immortal difficulty. so far i have managed to beat all the other difficulty with out cheats but the Japanese are the only civ that i have yet to beat a game with yet and i don't feel like starting over (as i play on marathon speed.)

Install the CiV SDK from Steam so you can use Worldbuilder. Then you can make your own maps and put things exactly where you want, including resources, units and cities and everything else in the game.
I'm not aware of an easy solution to what you're asking once the game is already in play. Building your own map is great fun though.

i have but i can never seem to start where i want to on the map, besides i am also trying to do random maps for the challenge. but i don't feel like starting over again really so thats why i am looking for a cheat because all i really need is 2 iron xD

Are there any CS's with iron that you become an ally of? If not a couple of Crossbows should suffice.
No the continent i am on has no iron what so ever, only major civs have any iron and none of them want to trade, i put it to abundant but i guess they forgot to include iron on this Continent 
i have pretty much explored most of the map, every time i try to send a settler to make a city near a unclaimed iron resource the Aztec intercept my embarked settlers, when i send 3-5 ships with them, they respond with a massive amount of ships 7-9 so i am stumped on what to do, right now the Greece are neutral but keep denouncing me, starting to get annoying so its only a matter of time before they declare war again.
So you say i should just research the tech for crossbowmen? actually i think last i played i just researched it, time to upgrade my 4 level 10 archers then xD

yes, yes it would but then i would have to play a modded game and well frankly i don't seem to get achievements for playing and winning modded games and the extra power to add units and such is a little to tempting for me, i don't want it to be easy, i just need a small nudge forward, so far my archers have been getting nice exp from the 2/3 Aztec warriors that keep attacking my two front line cites, well the jaguars that is, they occasionally attack with 1/2 archers and 2/3 pike-men.

I have found that well promoted crossbows can be more effective than catapults.
You can move and fire on the same turn, eventually you can fire twice in one turn.
The siege promotion can help you take down a city quickly, especially if you keep a G.G.
close by. Iron may be nice if you can get it, but it is not necessary.

Yes they are nice but sadly sense it is on immortal he can have 4-6 pike men in a few turns and 3-5 crossbowmen of them self, i have 3 crossbowmen with logistic and indirect fire as well as range but not with siege yet, i can't farm any of the other CS's cites for exp because the moment i do everyone starts declaring war on me and tho none of them are allys with the CS
