Need Hall of Fame info

I'm working on a mod that uses an alternate scoring system. It works well and displays properly in-game, but the HOF still uses the old scoring method. Can anyone clue me in to where, in the SDK or Python, the scores are saved into the HOF so I can put my scores in there?

I noticed that when I switch mods, looking at the HOF always brings up the proper history for that mod. Where is that data saved to? I can't find those files.
