Need help again pls!

I recently downloaded that " Riva Tuner " agp tweaker and I turned off "fast writes and turned down my agp from 8x to 4x and now I have nothing but problems , I'll post a newer copy of my Dxdiag to see if any of you wizards can fix my mess . The game was running kinda ok, just a few crashes every few hours, but now I'm getting all kinds of graphical artifacts "spots and lines" and more hangs and crashes and slowdowns pls help if you can its really driving me mad here!

Also when I go to quit out of game it just reboots my system, I can't believe all the problems this game is causing me I'm like wow, this game is like a virus on my computer. BTW I'm not trashing the game I love this game when it works right . I just need to get it to run!

The only settings I changed in RivaTuner was forcing the pixel shaders down to 1.1. The AGP speed is 8x and fast writes are off. Could have a shot with those settings and see if it clears it up. Other than that, I'm not sure what else you could try.
