Need Help Changing Technology Requirements for Workshop, Watermill Well etc.

Hi all,

I am trying to change the technology requirements for the following improvements and have been totally unsuccessful in doing so: Workshop, Watermill, Well, Lumbermill and Whaling boats. Anyone know where and how to make these technology changes.

Any positive help is apprecaited.

You'll find lines like:

<PrereqTech>TECH_THE_WHEEL</PrereqTech>

Change as needed.
