Need help!! Civ IV not loading!

Hi there, I recently installed Civilisation IV onto my computer and everything seemed to load fine. When I signed up for an account for the multiplayer, however, it rebooted the game. When I tried to open the game, it came up with this:

Now, it comes up with that every time I try to load up the game. Can anybody help? I really want to play! D:

Hm, strange, I could have sworn I tried to put it into this section.

Anyway, thank you for the help! But, when I tried downloading DirectX, this happens:
