Need help! Crash when launching game

Hi,
after installing 2 mods and a map script i got some weird things and problems.
The game crashes sometimes when launching a game?!?!
And also the resources don't show in the game?
i uninstalled everything but prehaps there i need to unstiall something from dos or some very hidden files?
Anyways i have a Nvidia 6800 Ultra and the computer is an AMD 2.8 GHz,
but everything worked fine until the mods were installed... Total Realism and Sevo Mod.
Then the Game launching crashes and the resources which are not visible in the game but are there?

Anyhows this is error i get from microsoft error thing:
C:\DOCUME~1\Philip\LOCALS~1\Temp\fcbb_appcompat.txt

Well, uninstall, manually erase all game folders:
- c:\program files\firaxis games\
- c:\documents and settings\Philip\My Documents\My Games\civ
- c:\documents and settings\Philip\Application Data\My Games\civ
Reinstall, patch...

You can also delete that Temp folder.
