Need help installing scenarios in CivIII Complete

Just purchsed CivIII complete but I am having difficulty installing several scenarios -- They are hanging in the "configuring Scenario" phase usually at around 75% complete
Is CIV Complete the issue or improper placement of ifiles any suggestions?
