Need Help

Hello, If someone could please help me with the following. I have installed Civ 4 succesfully and Ive met all the requriements for this game. The problem is whenever I want to play the game in the play now mode the monitor will turn off and it wont allow me to access anything. The strange thing is the tower is still on and the music is as well. I just dont know wat im doing. For some odd reason I can play the tutorial mode but not the normal play now mode. Ive put all the setting to the lowest and have reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help me out by replying to this thread.

what is ur dxdiag info (start - run - dxdiag). Sounds like a problem ive had with my ATI Radeon 9800 pro. Did you update your vid card drivers? Check that first because it usually causes the problem.

I dont know where to update my driver for a radeon 9250

to update your drivers for the ati radeon 9250 go to ati.com and click on software & drivers. Then just follow the links to get the right one. post back if this fixes your problem
