need your help

if you have ptw and if you have updated it to version 1.04 please help me here.
I bought PTW, it works, when i update it to 1.04 and try to run it it says, "This application failed to start because ifc23.dll was not found. Try re-installing the application" I have reinstalled it about 5 times now, useless.
Can someone please send me the "ifc23.dll" file. It should be in your civ3 ptw directory. Please attach it and mail it to goldenray3458@yahoo.com

thanks a lot man, but i replaced my ptw already. the old one was not properly manufactured so some cd protection kicked on. but no it works, thanks anyway mate.
