I've completed a scenario I was building, but now playing it through every time, the following happen: the enemy ask for a ceasefire every time you capture a city, and if you refuse to see them the senate meets behind your back, and also when you capture a city partisans appear even though I have put no in both prequisite windows and taken geurilla warfare out of the game. Is there anyway of stopping these things?

ceasefire problem is due to the government of the capturing civ, presumably republic but possibly democracy

communism is the trigger for partisans, guerilla warfare only increases the number of partisans.

i think the total war flag is supposed to keep the senate in line, that's whats used in the original civ2 ww2 scenario that keeps britain in the war,

hmm, total war flag eh? well, that will solve some of my problems, I really do get annoyed that they keep signing those treaties behind my back whne I am crushing the enemy!
