I've been playing Civ4 for a little while and i'm really enjoying it. I also enjoyed 2 and 3. I have decided that i would give the multiplayer a go. After meuch effort i have managed to join games. This is where my problem occurs. Immediately after joining a game i get the following message, "The network socket encountered an error and was closed. Disconnected".
I have acomputer that is locally networked to another and is the main cpu with the cable modem hooked up to it. I have tried turning off Nortons Internet security and also the Microsoft firewall.
Its really frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated.
