I've been encountering an odd sort of freeze since I started playing 1.17. So far, it has only appeared during negotiations with another civ. With no apparent pattern as to when, the system mostly freezes up. By "mostly," I mean that while the other leader's animation continues, and if I wait a while my advisor keeps giving different advice, all input is locked out - keyboard and mouse both. Unfortunately, this is not reproducible. However, because of that, I can at least pull up an autosave and continue.
