New haked editor - I Need help, ´cause i´m creating an new civ...

Hi there...

So, as a said before, i´m creating an new civ in the game - The brazilian civ.

But, i´ve got a lot of trobles...

Here in this example, there are two files: The "Foward", and the "Reverse", but what it means??
I´ve tried a lot to make the leader´s flic, but, do you know how i can do it??
One more thing,
In these examples, we´ve made tje leaders heads, but where can i put them (wich directory)????
