New leader Traits

How do you add new leader traits? Like if I wanted a 'nomadic' trait, how would I add it?

BTS has no XML file for traits...

If the file is missing in BTS, look in Warlods (there is a WL folder, even if you did not installed it) and then Vanilla. Use the one from the latest expansion you can find. (In case of Civ4TraitInfos.xml it should be the one in the WL\Assets\XML\Civilizations)
