New mod

Hi all, I'm a newbie with civ3 and mods, but I was looking around the forum and I think I have a good idea for a mod, with new civs, maps, units, etc.

I'm looking for help and guidelines; I don't know how to start, but I have all the background.

Anyone wanna help me¿?
