New Multi Maps not enabled or available after patch

I've noticed that ever since the the hotfix patch (1.0.3.70) was installed by steam on my system, I've been unable to join or green up in many multi player games. Hovering over the green up button gives the msg that someone else in the lobby has DLC that I do not have.

This is the case when someone picks the map Continents Plus.. which I do not see in my list of maps either in single player or multi.

first lets get a few things out of the away to avoid stupid questions and answers:

I have the hot patch 1.0.3.70 installed and is clearly labeled as such on the CIV 5 splash screen.

I have all of the DLC available for CIV 5. namely: Civ and Scenario packs: Denmark,Korea,Mongols(Genghis Khan), Polynesia, Babylon (Nebuchadnezzar II), Cradle of Civilization packs: Americas, Asia, Mediterranean and Mesopotamia. Scenario Pack, Ancient Wonders. and of course Gods and Kings and Brave New World.

If there is one missing please let me know.

I have a PC.

I have un-installed and re-installed STEAM and CIV 5 and all DLC 3 x to try to correct this problem.

I do have and have always seen the maps Amazon Plus and High Plains Plus in Single Player mode.

I have NEVER seen the maps: ContinentsPlus, Donut, PangaeaPlus, Sandstorm in any MODE ever.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Those are part of the Explorers Map Pack.
