just a heads up that after the spring patch there are 2 new requirement types to be found that are used by the dlc:
REQUIREMENT_PLAYER_BUILT_NEW_WONDER
and
REQUIREMENT_PLAYER_HAS_CIVIC
(there might me more, thats just the ones i found used in the dlcs data)
