New Resource not being allocated

I'm using Deep Blue's Resource Generator lua files, and I've followed a few guides and posts on adding resources to add 7 resources. I've got the VFS for each lua file set to True, and all the files seem to be in order. I enabled Fire Tuner, and below is the output of the console.

If it's modifying InGame.lua, then it's horribly out-of-date. This is the danger with using old mods.

To add a new resource, you basically have to edit the XML, and then AssignStartingPlots.lua. Nothing else is technically needed, but it's not a small amount of work to overhaul ASP. Also, it'll make your mod incompatible with certain map scripts (Great Plains, Lakes, Highlands, and any scenario maps or Earth maps with pre-set resources.)

There's a bit more dealing with graphical issues, but those unfortunately can't be fully fixed yet due to how the engine works.
 
Thanks again for your help, Spatzimaus. I'll remove the lua files and give the Plots method a go.
