New table District_CitizenGreatPersonPoints ?

It's an empty table in gameplay database. Possibly created to award great people points per citizen working in the district. Has anybody seen/tested it?

This isn't a new table. It's been there in the Schema since before R&F, if not at game launch. It, unfortunately, doesn't work correctly. See here. There's also a mod here that uses it I believe, but again, it doesn't quite work properly. If you look through the game database, you can find several tables, that for whatever reason are created, but not implemented (either partially or fully).
