How about on the Units tab of the Editor, an ability for a unit to cause war weariness if killed. This could be applied to the unit owner or the unit killer and/or any civs allied with the unit killer. It would come in handy for a satyagrahi unit, a peace-keeper unit, a refugee unit, a peacenik unit.... you can see how it would be useful in scenarios. Its a bit more of a civilized unit for a game called Civilization. In multi-player games, it would really be a new way to play the game.
