Newbie Help

I have Civ III Gold, with Conquests and PTW. Instructions for modifications talk about going to Scenario/Scenario Properties and then look for a box entitled "scenario search folders" but all I find are boxes entitled "Title," "Description," "Map Option," "Player Options," etc.

What am I missing?
