newbie qwestion

trying to download rhyse and fall
where do i put it
dont see a folder for mods when i open game
tried using gameflood and it sends it to owner documents
help

For Original:
DRIVELETTER:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Mods
For Warlords:
DRIVELETTER:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Warlords\Mods
For Beyond the Sword:
DRIVELETTER:\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods

You place it into these folders and then to play it, you start the relevant version and either go to Single Player, Scenarios, and choose 3000BC start or 600AD start.

Or you can load the MOD by going to Options -> Mod and choosing Rhye's and Fall of Civilization.

got it to load in mods
opened it-everything fine
tried to turn on game-just get this message
Application failed to start because D3DX9_32.DLL was not found.
Any ideas?

you probably need to download the latest version of DirectX
