newbie (to this site) looking for tech editor

hello all,

From what I've seen this is a really good site to find out info for Civilization. Im looking for a editor to give and take technologies for the player and AI civs. My nephew loves playing but unfortunatly get frustrated when he cant get the cool units that he wants. I just want to make it more fun for him untill he learns patience like a good little Jedi.

If there is something like that somewhere on this site, it is probably in the utility programs forum. Try asking around there.
