No Civ 4 Forum?

Why no Civ 4 forum? I read somewhere else that Civ 4 will come out next year.

Oh but there is! Civ4 Ideas and Suggestions Forum

Because there is no real info known yet about Civ4, this is all we have. You can talk about what you think would be good in the game and what you would like to see. Once Civ4 is released (most likely around Late 2005), then you'll see a Civ4 section with General Discussion, etc, like there is for Civ3 now. But until it officially comes out, we don't know enough about the game to make a whole forum for it, so it's a subforum of Civ3 General.
