No horses on PlanetGenerator map

When using PlanetGenerator 0.68 there are no horses generated on map. But the weirder thing is that I can't even add some when using the worldbuilder.
I'm using the last SVN but I think this bug is here from a long time ago, hence I haven't reported this in the svn bug thread.

Not sure if PG 0.68 map script has been updated. Many maps have the newer updated scripts but I don't think all were updated. raxo2222 or Toffer90 may know as they both have worked on maps.
