No leader animations

For some reason, my leaders are now static and there are no voices. I don't see an option to change in the settings, and my graphics settings are maxed...

For some reason, my leaders are now static and there are no voices. I don't see an option to change in the settings, and my graphics settings are maxed...

It's in the advanced options under Graphics--there's a leader animations option at the bottom.
