No music with some mods

Hi all

I play Civ IV Colonization with two mods :
- Ozzy's America
- Dall and Snoopy's Patch Mod 1.07

My problem : I can't hear any music when I launch the game with these mods.

I haven't tried with other mods but I can hear the music when I launch the original game (Without mods).

I've installed also Colonization Classic Music and, of course, I've the same problem.

I don't understand why I've this "bug". Is there a solution to this problem ?

In fact, to hear the music, we have to save a game and load it.
