Ok i appologise if this has already been discused but i couldnt find it litteraly anywhere.

Ok what happens is this. I cant make a peace treaty. Infact i see them come up all the time saying a peace treaty offer or whatever has expired. Cant see how im supposed to do it even when i have the most powerful civ in game still nothing though i have had a vassel before.

BTW should i get warlords also all i have is civ4 and beyond the sword. I tried downloading a patch but after i did it just uninstalled the game.

Welcome to CFC!

You make a peace treaty to end a war then they expire after so many turns and there is no need to make another one unless you get into a war again. They are not something that you make when you are already at peace with a Civ.

If you already have Beyond the Sword the only thing extra you will get in Warlords are some scenarios. So in my opinion it would not be worth you getting that now.

The latest version of BTS is 3.19. If you have BTS it will patch basic Civ 4 to the latest version. You will need to give us more information about what patch you're trying to download, what patch you currently have, if your BTS is from a CD/DVD or from a download, what OS you are running etc before we can really help much further.

Ah thanks ok nm then got confused hehe. Its a download version it was patch 3.19. Keeps saying there is no patch. weird maybe its upto date i guess.

If you have a download version of BTS you will have to get any patches from the place you downloaded the game from, patches from elsewhere will not work. If it's already at 3.19 then you are fully patched.
