[PTW] No PTW exe file in Steam Civ3Complete

I have Civ3Complete from Steam. But I cannot find the PTW program in the PTW folder. Is it not included? Where can I get PTW for it?

I don't have the Steam version, but here is related discussion for the other download option via GoG.

For my part I hunted down cheap second hand versions of Civ3 Gold and Complete and downloaded the GoG version, all for less than £10.

Thanks. I have the cd version, but afraid that the CD will eventually scratch out. Pain

I never had anything else than a CD version. Eventually, you'll not want to play this old game anymore.

I made the resisted switch to optical-tray-free this year when I built my computer... Playing Disc isn't even an option for some of us anymore :/
'shame that the original and PTW versions will be forgotten to history, but oh well ^^
I still have Complete in my Steam Library
